5 Principles of Esteemable Acts®
  1. Self-esteem comes from doing Esteemable Acts.

  2. Self-esteem comes from walking through your fear.

  3. Self-esteem is not the destination.

  4. Self-esteem is not the same as confidence.

  5. Esteemable acts is not a quick fix.

What’s the one thing everyone has in common—from toddlers to Hollywood royalty to heads of state to lawyers making a case before a jury?  FEAR.

It’s the one thing we share with our brethren and the one thing we all deny having. Why? Because to admit to being afraid is an act worst than death. We’d rather admit to being angry and rabid with rage, as opposed to admitting to being afraid.  Why? Because we see fear as a sign of weakness.  Yet, until we admit, identify, and walk through our fear, it will control us.

FearCoveryTM Plan of Action:

1. Admit you're afraid

2. Identify what you're afraid of

3. What if? (Worst case scenario)

4. Baby Steps

5. Create a Written Plan of Action

6. Get Support

6. Do something!
